Is prepayment required for the safari tours?
No, we do not ask for prepayment on any of our tours. You pay on the tour day, after the tour. This gives you both flexibility and peace of mind.
Do I need a driving licence for the Buggy Safari?
No licence is needed. Our buggies are fully automatic; you only use the accelerator and the brake. Before the tour we give a full safety briefing and hands-on driving instruction.
Can children join the safari tours?
Yes. Jeep Safari is suitable for all ages. On Buggy Safari children can ride as passengers with their parents; guests aged 17 and over may drive their own vehicle. Combo Safari has a minimum age of 7 because of the rafting. Children aged 0–6 join Jeep Safari free of charge.
Is the hotel transfer charged?
No, hotel transfer is free on all our tours. We collect you from hotels and agreed meeting points in Antalya, Manavgat, Belek and Alanya and bring you back safely afterwards. For the Lion to Legends Night Show, transfer is currently available only from hotels in Alanya and Manavgat.
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 18 hours before your tour time. As there is no prepayment, there is no penalty. If the weather forces a cancellation, we arrange a new date for you.
What should I wear?
Choose comfortable clothes that can get dusty or dirty. Closed shoes are required. We recommend sunglasses, a bandana against the dust, swimwear and a change of clothes.
How can I pay?
You can pay on the tour day in cash (TRY, EUR, USD) or by credit card. Our prices are per person and cover all services listed for the tour.
Which languages do your guides speak?
Our guides serve in Turkish, English, German and Russian. If you tell us your preferred language when booking, we will arrange a suitable guide.
Can pregnant guests or people with health conditions join?
Jeep and Cabrio Safari are generally suitable, but we do not recommend the Buggy tour or tours including rafting during pregnancy or with back, neck or heart conditions. Please tell us before booking and we will choose the most suitable tour together.
Are photos taken during the tour?
Our guides are happy to help you take photos with your own device. Some tours have a professional photographer; this service is not included in the tour price and can be purchased on site if you wish.
What group sizes do you work with?
We serve everyone from individual guests to groups of 100+. For groups of 10 or more we offer special pricing and a private vehicle option; please get in touch with us.
In which seasons do the tours run?
Our tours run every day from April to November. In the winter months a limited number of tours operate depending on the weather; write to us for the current situation.
